Chris Thurston joined Campus Management Ltd in 2012 as Construction Manager and General Contractor to complete the Verona residential condominium restoration. The Verona project consisted of 79 one and two-bedroom floor plans that were redesigned for a more modern and elegant feel. Since 2014, Chris supervised, managed and executed over 10 tenant space build outs at The Edge, 5-story, 90,000sqft office building in Cincinnati. Chris administered contractors, consultants and met with City Officials to ensure all criteria are met.

Prior to Campus Management, Chris built multi-family condominium buildings with Towne Properties, between 2003-2008. During his time at Towne Properties, Chris managed 5 sites with each site consisting of 12-24 unit buildings. Chris managed and executed all aspects from site development to building construction. Other projects that Chris managed, supervised and executed included building custom homes for Legendary Homes and Graystone Homes, remodeling and adding a large addition to the existing building at Covington Latin School, building 2 storage units for Uhaul (45,000sqft and 130,000sqft), converting 3 rows of houses into Class A tenant space.

Chris is currently engaged in building a $2million custom home project in Hyde Park in addition to consulting with Campus Management.
